Our hospitals and treatment centers provide an intimate setting where patients receive confidential, personalized care. Treatment services at CBHS programs are designed around each person’s unique needs and it is our promise that you or your loved one will be treated with dignity and respect in a comfortable environment that is conducive to healing.
Respect for employees, physicians and other professionals:
Our success depends on our employees, physicians and all professional alliances and we value their contribution. Our employees are our biggest asset. We care for each other, mentor and help each other. We provide appropriate training, assure safety and foster genuine engagement by our employees in the delivery of quality patient care.
CBHS is a place where high performers thrive. Our management style and philosophy is one of collaboration and flexibility as we create an energetic and team oriented service delivery system. We are always looking for the brightest and best professionals with dedication to work and excellent customer service. So, if you are a high performer, we want you here. If you are considering joining CBHS, we encourage you to contact the human services department at any hospital within our system.
Accountability for clinical and ethical performance:
We believe outcomes and measuring our program effectives with our patients is important to the individuals we serve, family members, providers, referents and insurers. Toward that end, each patient is asked to complete a patient satisfaction survey providing feedback about our services and the care they received. Each professional referral source is also asked to complete a referral source satisfaction survey providing feedback about the service we provided to their patients.
CBHS programs also measure performance with our Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation, or CORE studies. These studies measure our patient’s acuity level, level of risk, level of anxiety and level of depression. Our outcomes show that of our patients that participate, their symptoms decrease significantly during their stay in our treatment programs.
