Inpatient Programs
CenterPointe Behavioral Health System provides intensive psychiatric acute care to stabilize an immediate crisis and help provide patients with the skills to prevent future crisis situations. Our inpatient psychiatric care is a highly structured crisis stabilization model with emphasis on identifying crisis symptoms, stabilizing behaviors, identifying environmental supports and increasing coping skills of each patient.
CenterPointe offers acute inpatient care for adolescents, adults and senior adults who are experiencing moderate to severe psychiatric and behavioral problems. Our inpatient psychiatric services and programs are tailored to the patient’s needs, enabling them to more effectively cope with emotions and behaviors that may be interfering with the attainment of a happy, successful life.
Hospitalization should be reserved for situations when round-the-clock safety, observation and care are required. For that reason, CenterPointe is designed to be a nurturing environment for intensive mental health treatment including observation, diagnosis, individual and group psychotherapy and medication management. It is a safe place to be for individuals who are feeling out of control, having thoughts of harming themselves or someone else, having trouble taking care of themselves or their family or if they are experiencing other serious symptoms.
